The Girl Behind The Glasses...
Carrie began her early educational life as a musical theater major looking to make it big on Broadway. But then, a human anatomy class, taken to satisfy a liberal arts science credit, sparked an interest in biology that ultimately led to two Master’s degrees in biochemistry and genetics. She entered the professional world as a genetic counselor with a passion for communicating with patients, and kept performing on the side.
Carrie turned her love of communicating into a freelance writing business that allowed her to set up shop in her home, and took her into professional areas she didn’t expect. She racked up experience writing blogs and advertising copy that gave her the skills and experience to draft copy for her voice-over clients, when needed.
Today, Carrie continues to live her passion for communicating by using her vocal gifts and writing skills. Her clinical experience with patients gave her the ability to put herself in another’s shoes – she clearly understands your target audience and the kind of voice that will speak directly to them. She is ready to take your message and make it her own. Contact her today to discuss your project.
